Six Flags Mexico is 13 minutes away, the Cuicuilco Archaeological Site 4 minutes, and the World Trade Center Mexico 20 minutes. Mexico City International Airport is 50 minutes by car. The surrounding streets provide easy access to shopping malls such as Perisur, Plaza Loreto and Cuicuilco, and to tourist spots like Xochimilco and Coyoacan. The location is particularly practical for hospital visitors (Hospital Central Sur and others nearby) and for business travellers who prefer a southern base.

All units include air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, closet, safe, and a private bathroom with shower. Room types range from Single Standard (queen bed, small sofa) to Double Deluxe (two double beds, max 4 people), Superior (queen bed plus two sofas), Single Junior Suite (king bed, separate living area) and Double Junior Suite (two double beds, dressing room). The Master Suite adds a hydro massage bathtub, office, hall and piano. While rooms are spacious and comfortable, the property has an older, 1950s-inspired character; some bathrooms are dated and road-facing units can experience noise from Periferico Sur. A few suites report good sound isolation from the exterior.

The restaurant offers a Mexican buffet, à la carte service, and special themed evenings: Tuesday buffet, Thursday pozole, and Sunday brunch. The restaurant's garlic soup, hamburgers and general food quality are well-regarded, and pricing is considered fair for the area. Children's menus and special diet requests can be accommodated.

These facilities are available to guests but are not the property's main draw. For daytime outings, Six Flags Mexico is 13 minutes by car, the Kidzania children's activity centre 7 minutes, and Estadio Azteca (Cruz Azul matches) 15 minutes away. The two hotel gardens are primarily used for events rather than guest leisure, and no dedicated guest terrace or pool is present.
