The aparthotel sits in the safe, desirable Condesa Hipódromo district, directly across from a university. Public transport stops are 100-200 m away, and the metro is a 10-minute walk. Many restaurants, cafés, and bars are within a 5-20 minute walk, and Uber pickup is straightforward. Benito Juarez International Airport is 14 km away. The immediate street is a busy thoroughfare with traffic noise starting around 6 AM, so light sleepers should consider room selection carefully.

Each unit includes a living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath and free toiletries. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware, though basic supplies like dish soap and a scrubber are not automatically provided. The bedroom has a wardrobe and a comfortable new bed in many units, while the living room features a seating area and dining table. Air conditioning is available in each apartment and is reported as effective. Some units have a private balcony or terrace (reserve the Junior Suite Terrace category). Basement rooms (-1 floor) are notably colder, more humid, and lack natural light and should be avoided for longer stays. Noise insulation is weak: road-facing rooms and those near the elevator suffer from significant street and neighbour noise, especially from 6 AM onward.

The fully equipped kitchen allows self-catering, with a large supermarket just 400 m away for groceries. No breakfast or restaurant is available at the property. However, dozens of cafés, restaurants, and bars-including Chilakillers, Kowloon Delight Tacubaya, and El Ilusionista Cafe-are within a 5-20 minute walk. The rooftop terrace can be used for self-prepared meals.
