The metro station provides direct connections to Prague's main attractions: Old Town Square (8 km), Charles Bridge, Prague Castle (9 km) and the O2 Arena (4 km) are all reachable by public transport. The nearby bus and tram routes run frequently and punctually. Several restaurants, including Italian, Czech and international options, are within 0.5-1 km on foot. The property is also a 17 km drive from Vaclav Havel Airport, making it a practical choice for travellers with a car. The quiet residential area ensures a restful stay while keeping city access straightforward.

The apartment offers a choice of a studio (1 bed) or a 1-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed, both with kitchenette, private bathroom, and modern amenities.

The studios are ideal for solo travellers or couples, featuring a kitchenette, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a washing machine, and a flat-screen TV. The 1-bedroom apartment adds a separate bedroom, a dining area, and a sofa bed that expands sleeping capacity to four, making it suitable for small groups or families. Both units include a balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture, heating, a well-equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee maker) and extra power sockets. The property is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with soundproofing ensuring a quiet stay. Towels and linen are provided.

Dining

The apartment does not have an on-site restaurant, but a variety of dining options are available within a short walk.

Guests can prepare their own meals in the fully equipped kitchenette, which includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator and electric kettle. For those who prefer to eat out, several restaurants are located 0.5-1 km away, offering Italian, Czech, and other cuisines. A supermarket is also within 5-7 minutes' walk for groceries and supplies.
