CRYSTAL CROWN HOTEL KUALA LUMPUR, Kuala Lumpur

The hotel sits about 23 km from Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport. Nearby attractions include Putra World Trade Centre and Suria KLCC. The MRT station is a short walk away, making it easy to reach the city centre without a car. A shopping mall with a supermarket and several local eateries are within walking distance. Road access can be tricky, but the free on-site parking is available. Restaurants like Khunthai (0.5 km) and Regal House (1 km) offer additional dining options.

Rooms come with a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, electric kettle, and free toiletries. Some rooms have been newly renovated and offer modern furnishings, clean interiors, and strong air conditioning. Older rooms may feel dated and could have maintenance issues such as stained bathtubs or poor water pressure. Road-facing rooms can be noisy; requesting a higher floor or a room away from traffic helps. Soundproofing is effective in some areas but inconsistent. Family rooms are spacious, and all rooms include a safe. No balconies are available.

The buffet offers a wide variety, including local favourites and international dishes. The Ramadan buffet is particularly praised for its fresh, varied spread at a reasonable price (RM 75 per person). Breakfast can be added for RM 61.50 and includes both hot and cold options. The café has been refurbished and has a modern, inviting look. A kid-friendly buffet is available. For guests wanting more choice, several nearby restaurants offer different cuisines within a short walk.

The spa offers various treatments, and massage services are available for an additional fee. Entertainment staff organise activities, and a nightclub/DJ operates on site (additional charge). There is no swimming pool. The wellness facilities are suitable for a relaxing break but may require advance booking for spa treatments.

The hotel provides a lift, facilities for disabled guests, a minimarket, and vending machines (drinks). Business centre, meeting/banquet facilities, and laundry services are available at an additional charge. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV, safety deposit boxes (free), and smoke alarms. No airport shuttle is offered. The front desk can assist with currency exchange and concierge services. Daily housekeeping is complimentary, and late check-in is possible (subject to availability).
