A large shopping mall with supermarket and dining options (including a food court on level 4) is within a few minutes' walk. The property is about 25 km from Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport. Taxis and rideshare apps like Grab are widely available for convenient travel to city centre attractions such as the Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC.

Rooms are set up as converted apartment units rather than a traditional hostel layout; each unit contains one or two dormitory rooms and a shared bathroom (with one shower and one toilet per unit, serving up to 10-14 people in some cases). The 4-bed room is noted as being very cramped with limited space for luggage. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (which is turned off around 8 AM daily) and a ceiling fan. Beds are basic bunk beds with thin mattresses; top bunks lack privacy curtains. Power outlets are limited; some top bunks have no nearby plug. Rooms may have a balcony with an inner courtyard or city view. Some rooms are situated near the highway and can be noisy. The common room includes a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and a seating area. Daily cleaning is included, but cleanliness of shared bathrooms and common areas is frequently reported as poor.

The highlight of the property is the free access to the Regalia building's facilities: an outdoor infinity pool on the 38th floor rooftop with panoramic city views and a KL Skyline backdrop, plus a second pool on the 5th floor. Both pools are open daily from 07:00 to 22:00 year-round and are equipped with sun loungers. A free gym and sauna are available, along with a steam room and a library. These facilities are shared with other residents and guests of the building and can become busy at certain times. The rooftop pool is accessible via the lift and offers one of the best value-for-money pool experiences in the city. The pool water is sometimes reported as not crystal clear, but the view is widely regarded as exceptional.
