The hotel is situated within Gurney Mall, a mixed-use development with a variety of shops, restaurants, and a food court on the ground floor. The nearest metro station is about a 15-20 minute walk, but taxis and ride-hailing apps are readily available and inexpensive. The area is safe and close to UTM KL campus. For those driving, parking is available in the mall with free validation for hotel guests. The location is convenient for visiting KLCC and Petrosains, though not in the immediate city centre.

Accommodation includes double rooms, studios, and two-bedroom apartments. Studios feature a minibar, electric kettle, and wardrobe, while apartments include a separate living area, kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave. Some rooms offer city views or pool views - request a room facing KLCC for the best skyline vista. All rooms have carpeted floors, which may show signs of wear. Private bathrooms have a shower (no bathtub) and include free toiletries. Daily housekeeping is provided, but some units have reported inconsistent cleanliness; the hotel recommends requesting a freshly cleaned room if needed. The two-bedroom apartment has one bathroom located outside the master bedroom.

The breakfast buffet offers a variety of continental, halal, and Asian dishes, including local favourites. Additional breakfast can be purchased at RM30 per adult, RM17.40 for children 7-12, and free for children 6 and under. For lunch and dinner, The Sage Restaurant serves Thai, local, and Asian cuisines. The same building also has a food court, KFC, Subway, and other fast-food outlets on the ground floor. Note that the breakfast area can become crowded during peak hours, and seating is limited.

The pool is 1.2 m deep and suitable for both adults and children. It is also used for swimming lessons until 5pm, so hotel guests can enjoy it freely after that time. Pool towels are provided. The hotel also has a garden area. For additional leisure, the mall includes a bowling alley and billiards. No gym or spa is available on site.

WiFi is free in rooms. Daily housekeeping is included; laundry and meeting/banquet facilities are available at an additional charge. The hotel has a lift, but some towers may have limited lift service on weekends. Parking is available at Gurney Mall (levels 3-5) and is free for hotel guests after validation at the lobby. Accessible parking and electric vehicle charging station are provided. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out until 12:00. Pets are not allowed. Payment is accepted via major credit cards and UnionPay. A RM50 key deposit is required at check-in (refundable upon checkout with receipt). No airport transfer service.
