The apartments are located in a network of alleys and canals in the San Marco and Rialto district, offering direct access to Piazza San Marco, Teatro La Fenice (9 min walk), and the Rialto Bridge. Santa Lucia train station is under 3 km away and reachable via waterbus line 2 to the Rialto stop, followed by a 3-minute walk to the check-in hotel. Parking is unavailable, but the area is pedestrianised. For late-night arrivals from Marco Polo airport after 1:10am, a taxi or water taxi is needed. A supermarket is steps from several apartments, and numerous restaurants and a gelateria are within 300 metres. The central location is practical for exploring on foot but involves navigating busy streets with luggage from the vaporetto stop.

Each apartment includes a private bathroom, living area, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and cooking utensils. Bed linen, towels and a hair dryer are supplied. Specific units offer a washing machine (and detergent), a dishwasher, ironing facilities, and a dining area. Some apartments have a private terrace or balcony, often with canal views - check the individual apartment listing. Most have parquet floors and understated furnishings. Buildings vary: some have a lift (e.g., Corte de l'Orso on the 5th floor; Corte del Dose at ground floor), while others have multiple floors with no lift, sloped ceilings, or steep stairs. Families and groups can request a two-bedroom setup with separate doors for privacy. Bed configuration can be requested at booking.

The kitchens include a microwave, electric kettle, cookware, dining table, and often a dishwasher and washing machine, making self-catering or simple meal prep practical. Supermarkets and specialty food shops are located directly near many apartment buildings, allowing easy grocery shopping. The immediate area is dense with dining options - eight restaurants are within 0.3km, offering Venetian and Italian cuisine, pasta, seafood, and outdoor dining. Several cafés and a well-rated gelateria are steps away. Breakfast is not included in the apartment stay.

The apartments do not include a pool, spa, gym, or dedicated leisure facilities. The location provides immediate access to Venice's cultural and historical sites - St. Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge, Teatro La Fenice, and canal walks - as the primary leisure offering.
