The resort sits on a quiet, gated property close to US-192 and Osceola Parkway, providing direct car access to Disney parks in about 10-15 minutes and avoiding I-4 traffic. Nearby restaurants include Dunkin' (0.5 km), Cracker Barrel (1 km), and Empire State Pizza and Wings (2 km). Walmart, Publix, Aldi, and Target are all within a few minutes' drive for groceries and supplies. There is no on-site shuttle; those without a car typically use Uber or the Lynx bus system. The area is walkable to a few fast-food options but a car is recommended for park visits and major shopping.

All units come with a full kitchen (stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, tea/coffee maker), air conditioning, in-room safe, flat-screen TV with cable, and a DVD player. Bed configurations include one-bedroom suites (king bed + sleeper sofa) and two-bedroom suites with four beds and two private bathrooms. Some units include an in-room washer/dryer; others have shared laundry in an adjacent closet accessed with the room key. Decor and furniture vary noticeably between older (phase 1) and newer (phase 4) sections, with some suites feeling dated. There are no elevators; guests with mobility concerns should request ground-floor rooms at booking. Noise from upstairs units can be audible, and some rooms facing the highway may hear road traffic.

The on-site minimarket offers a limited selection of snacks and some breakfast items for purchase. For full meals, there are numerous restaurants within a short drive, including Cracker Barrel (1 km), Empire State Pizza and Wings (2 km), and many chains along US-192. Walmart and Publix are less than 5 minutes away for groceries, making the full kitchen in each suite practical for self-catering. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and cookware, ideal for families who prefer to prepare their own meals.

The resort features three heated outdoor pools, all open year-round, with pool/beach towels and sun loungers provided. There are several hot tubs (jacuzzis) located throughout the property, including some near the pools in phase 4.
