A $50 cash deposit is required at check-in. There is no elevator, but ground-floor rooms can be requested and are often available. Rooms do not have balconies or outside seating areas.

The outdoor pool is available on site, but it is closed during colder months and, for example, it is not open in late September. There is no spa, wellness centre, or gym at the property. For outdoor recreation, Bradley County Park is less than 8 km away, and Rolling Hills Golf Club is a 5-minute drive.
