The express boat pier for the Chao Phraya River is a 15-minute walk, offering access to the city's temples and the Green Pier. Note that street noise from clubs can be heard throughout the property until the early morning, and rooms facing the street are significantly louder.

Room types include Queen, Twin, Triple, and Family rooms. Queen rooms have a window; other rooms may face an internal wall with no natural light. Some rooms have a balcony despite earlier reports, but most do not. Beds are often placed on a floor-level mattress (Thai-style), which may feel firm and low to the ground. Noise from Khaosan Road is a significant factor; rooms facing the street experience loud music until 4am, while rooms at the back or higher floors are quieter. Shower temperature can be inconsistent.
