Atocha train station is roughly 20 minutes on foot, and Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 13 km away, reachable via metro from Anton Martín. Dozens of restaurants and bars, such as El Sur de Huertas and Taberna el Sur, are within a 300-metre radius. The location makes nearly all central attractions walkable, and the metro connects easily to the airport. Some street noise is audible from rooms facing the street due to the older windows, but the area itself is safe and considered a quiet neighbourhood.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, parquet or tiled floors, a wardrobe, and free WiFi. Most rooms have a balcony with city views and contain a desk. Beds are described as comfortable, but the rooms themselves are small, fitting 1-4 people depending on the configuration. Only room 305 (a quadruple) has a private shower and sink; all other rooms use shared bathrooms - the property has two full shared bathrooms and two separate toilets. Lighting and natural light can be good, especially in rooms with balconies, but some rooms lack a mirror or washbasin inside. Soundproofing is minimal: internal noise from shared bathrooms and corridors travels easily, and windows on the street side do not block traffic sounds effectively. For light sleepers, a room away from the street and main bathroom is strongly advised.

No wellness or leisure facilities such as a pool, spa, sauna, gym or games room are available. The main leisure activity is exploring the city centre on foot from the highly central location. The balcony terrace in some rooms provides a pleasant spot for relaxing with a view of the city rooftops. The shared kitchen with free tea and coffee may serve as a social gathering point for guests.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and is reliable enough for basic browsing. A lift serves the upper floors, helpful for luggage. Reception is open from 10:00 to 17:00, but check-in is fully online using a code system that grants access to the building entrance and room.
