The Angel of Independence is an 18-minute walk away, and the United States Embassy is 2 km from the property. The surrounding streets are lined with cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores, and Condesa and Roma Sur are within a short walk. Note that the area features several nightclubs and bars that produce significant noise, especially from Thursday to Sunday, and a car wash next door adds daytime sound. The Metrobus is the most practical way to move around the city, and the airport is a roughly 17-minute drive with light traffic.

The property offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, each with a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, kitchenware), a washing machine, and a flat-screen TV. One-bedroom units include a balcony overlooking the city, while the penthouse has a private terrace. Beds are generally described as comfortable, but pillows are noted as being very thick and firm. Some units show wear - stained chairs, chipped walls, and older furniture are reported. There is no air conditioning; portable fans are available upon request.
