Located on seven landscaped acres, the resort is a 3 km drive from Indian Canyons Golf Resort and 5 km from Tahquitz Canyon Golf Resort. Joshua Tree National Park is 32 km away. Shopping and grocery stores are within 1 km, and a variety of restaurants and bars can be found within 4 km. Free on-site parking with covered spots near each unit makes car travel convenient. With downtown Palm Springs about 3 km away, a car is useful for exploring the area's boutiques, museums, art festivals, and nightlife. Horseback riding is available just two blocks from the resort.

Each villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a dining area. A gas barbecue and private patio or balcony provide outdoor living space. Rooms feature air conditioning, a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a steam shower in the bathroom; ADA rooms do not have the steam shower. Units are designed for comfortable extended stays, with ample storage, a separate lounge area, and a roll-away bed available in the closet. A pack-and-play can be requested for younger children. The villa layout with two full bathrooms in the one-bedroom units is particularly practical for families or groups. Rooms facing the pool are convenient but may be slightly busier; a quiet area can be requested.

The resort features Restaurant #1 and Restaurant #2 on-site. The full kitchen in every villa includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare any meal. A gas barbecue on the patio adds outdoor cooking options. For groceries, a store is less than 1 km away. A discounted meal at the adjacent Manhattan in the Desert (New York-style deli) is available for resort guests, offering a convenient alternative.

The pools are open year-round from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, with pool/beach towels provided. Three hot tubs and a dry sauna complement the swimming experience. The fitness center (max 2 people at a time) includes basic equipment. Outdoor activities include two tennis courts, two racquetball courts, bocce courts, and a table tennis area. Bicycles are available for guest use. Golf courses are within 3 km, and hiking trails are nearby. The property does not have a spa or wellness centre.
