DESIGN SUITE TREVI FOUNTAIN, Rome

The property is less than a minute's walk from the Trevi Fountain, making early morning or late-night visits effortless. The Pantheon is 5 minutes away on foot, and the Spanish Steps are about 8 minutes. Roma Termini station is a 20-minute walk, with bus stops even closer. The surrounding streets are filled with restaurants, gelaterias, and a local market. The apartment is on a lively but quiet inner courtyard, so noise is minimal despite the central location. The area scores an excellent 9.9 for location, and all major landmarks - including the Vatican - are reachable on foot.

The apartment features one separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and high-quality pillows, plus a large living room with a sofa, seating area, and dining table. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and all cookware. The flat-screen TV offers streaming services. The unit is air-conditioned and heated, with parquet floors, ironing facilities, and a safety deposit box. For guests who prefer to eat in, the kitchenette provides a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils. A welcome bottle of wine and coffee capsules are provided on arrival. The surrounding area is packed with dining options: Ristorante Quirino, Agrodolce, Osteria Bacco, Galleria Restaurant, and Antica Fontana di Trevi are all 0.5 km away. Giolitti, a historic gelateria, is 0.5 km. Many restaurants stay open late, and there are also snack shops and a local market close by. There is no restaurant or bar on-site.

This property is a city-centre apartment and does not have a pool, spa, gym, or similar leisure amenities. The main leisure value comes from its position-steps from the Trevi Fountain and within walking distance of all major landmarks, shops, and dining. The apartment's quiet courtyard provides a peaceful retreat after a busy day sightseeing.

Wi-Fi is free in the apartment. The paid airport shuttle can be arranged directly with the host-contact in advance to book. The building has a lift to the second-floor apartment. Daily cleaning is not included, but the apartment is spotless on arrival.
