Room sizes vary: some are compact while others are more spacious. Beds are comfortable, but lighting throughout is dim. Soundproofing is limited, so rooms facing Via Nazionale can be noisy. Bathrooms are clean but showers may cause water to pool on the floor due to curtain design. Minibars are not always stocked. Daily housekeeping is provided, though cleaning consistency has been noted as variable. A few rooms have been recently refurbished; others show signs of wear.

Breakfast is a simple buffet with limited savoury options, suited for a light start. The rooftop setting adds a pleasant atmosphere.
