The Heathrow Express runs directly from here, making airport transfers quick, and the station gives access to the District, Circle, Bakerloo and Hammersmith & City underground lines. Marble Arch and Oxford Street are a 15-minute walk, and Knightsbridge is reachable in 20 minutes through Hyde Park. St. Mary's Hospital is 200 metres from the hotel. Rooms range from single rooms (suitable for one adult) to family rooms sleeping up to five (2 adults and 3 children), with the latter available with 1 double & 3 single beds or 3 single beds & 1 bunk bed. All rooms are en-suite with a shower, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, parquet floors, and heating. Each room includes a mini fridge, electric kettle, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Some double and twin rooms offer garden views over Norfolk Square. There is no air conditioning; a fan is provided in warmer months. Rooms are compact - particularly singles and doubles - and noise transmission from adjacent rooms and the tube trains is common; the vibrations are felt most strongly on lower floors. Upper-floor rooms are quieter but accessible only via narrow, steep stairs. One single room is available on the ground floor for those who struggle with stairs. Two rooms have a terrace, but these are not family rooms.
