DORMFORYOU ALAMEDA 12 APARTMENT, Valencia

Located in a central residential area, the apartment is within walking distance of many key attractions: Mestalla Stadium is a 19-minute walk away, and the City of Arts and Sciences is about 15 minutes on foot. Valencia Airport is 10 km away, reachable by bus in roughly 15 minutes. The surrounding streets are full of bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants, including a pizzeria directly opposite. For those who prefer not to walk, Valencia Bici (bike rental) is available nearby. The ground-floor access with a self-check-in code makes arriving and leaving very convenient, even at odd hours. Street parking is generally easy to find, and the Onepark car park provides a paid alternative.

The kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all kitchenware, making it easy to prepare full meals. A coffee machine and capsules, plus tea and basic condiments, are provided as a welcome amenity. For dining out, several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk: El Tablao de Maria (0.5 km), Arroceria Bosca 29 (0.5 km), and La Torre de Babel (0.5 km). A highly recommended pizzeria is located directly opposite the apartment. Bakeries and supermarkets are also nearby, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The property does not have its own restaurant or bar, so self-catering or visiting local eateries is the norm.

The location is particularly well-suited for families with children, as Gulliver Park is just steps away and provides a large, imaginative play structure. The Turia Gardens, a long green corridor running through the city, is a 16-minute walk away and ideal for jogging, cycling, or strolling. The City of Arts and Sciences, including L'Oceanografic, is about 15-20 minutes on foot. The apartment itself has no on-site wellness facilities such as a pool or gym, but the surrounding parks and the nearby bike rental (Valencia Bici) offer ample outdoor leisure opportunities. The quiet street and ground-floor access make it easy to come and go with children or to use the area for exercise.

Key facilities include free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a safe deposit box, ironing facilities, and a tea and coffee maker. Check-in is self-service using a door code sent in advance, so there is no physical reception desk - contact with staff is handled online or by phone. Staff are known to be friendly and responsive, and can speak German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese. Linen and towels are provided. No pets are allowed, and there is no on-site parking (street parking and a nearby Onepark car park are the options). The property is entirely non-smoking. The ground-floor unit has direct street access and an internal staircase, which may affect guests with mobility issues.
