Free on-site parking simplifies car travel, but airport shuttle service is not available; rideshare or taxi is recommended for airport transfers. The location also provides easy access to downtown and major streets.

Accommodation is divided between tower rooms with interior corridors and elevator access, and courtyard rooms that open directly to the parking lot (motel-style). All rooms have air conditioning, heating, a safe, and a seating area. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and free toiletries; some have both a bathtub and walk-in shower. In-room microwaves are available on request for a $5 fee, or use the free lobby microwave. The HVAC system in some units can be noisy and may struggle to cool in extreme heat. Housekeeping quality varies; daily cleaning may be limited to trash removal and bed-making unless requested.

The grounds include a garden, sun terrace, and outdoor fireplace. Golf can be arranged at nearby courses (within 3 km, extra fee). Note that there is no spa at the property.
