DREAM CITY HOTEL APARTMENTS LLC, Dubai

The hotel is situated 4 km from Dubai International Airport, making it a practical base for travellers. Al Riqqa Metro Station is within a few minutes' walk, providing direct connections to Dubai Mall (11 km), Grand Mosque (5 km), and other city landmarks. Supermarkets, ATMs, and a variety of restaurants are within a short stroll, so most daily needs are met on foot. No parking is available, so the metro or taxis are the most convenient transport options.

The studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom deluxe apartments all include a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, and utensils, plus a washing machine. Each unit has air conditioning, a private bathroom (with a bath or shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries), a seating area, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Some rooms offer a balcony and city views. The studio can accommodate an extra bed for a 150 AED charge per night. Carpeted floors and soundproofed rooms are standard, though rooms facing the road may experience traffic noise. Room sizes are generally spacious, but some older units have reported maintenance issues.

The hotel's restaurant, Grill.Spot, offers a family-friendly setting and serves halal Indian, Middle Eastern, and barbecue grill dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is open 24 hours daily. Breakfast is charged at 30 AED per person and is not included in the room rate. All extra meals not part of the booking are paid separately at the restaurant. Several other dining options are within a short walk, including Sketch (0.5 km), La Palma Restaurant (0.5 km), and Table 9 (1 km).

Reception services include a 24-hour front desk, express check-in/out, private check-in/out, concierge, tour desk, currency exchange, and an ATM on-site. Free luggage storage and lockers are available for early arrivals or late departures. Daily housekeeping is free of charge; laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services can be arranged for an additional fee. The hotel is wheelchair accessible with a lift, emergency cord in the bathroom, lower bathroom sink, raised toilet, and toilet with grab rails. Key card access, CCTV, 24-hour security, and safety deposit boxes are provided. Car hire can be arranged. No pets are allowed.
