Located in the heart of Meena Bazaar, the property is within walking distance of historical sites such as Al Fahidi Fort and Dubai Creek. The green line metro provides direct access to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa in about 15 minutes. Numerous Indian, Middle Eastern, and Asian restaurants are within 300 metres. For airport transfers, a taxi takes approximately 30 minutes. The neighbourhood has narrow streets, so hailing a cab may take a few minutes during peak times.

Double and twin rooms offer either one double or two single beds; quadruple rooms accommodate four guests. Suites feature a separate living room and bedroom. All rooms have soundproof walls, tea/coffee makers, and private bathrooms with showers, free toiletries, and hairdryers. Some rooms offer city or sea views. Wheelchair-accessible rooms with grab rails are available. For a quieter stay, request a room on the 6th floor or above, as noise from the ground-floor nightclub carries to lower floors.
