ECCO SUITES APARTMENTS, Venice

The apartment sits in a peaceful, central area within easy walking distance of the Rialto Bridge, Doge's Palace, and Basilica San Marco. Public transport is excellent: the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop (served by lines 5.1 and 1) is a 3-5 minute walk, providing direct access to Santa Lucia train station and Marco Polo Airport (Alilaguna water bus). The neighbourhood has a local supermarket, several restaurants, bars, and a Michelin-starred restaurant within 300 metres. Despite the central location, the street is quiet at night.

The apartments have been recently renovated in a historic building, offering a bright, quiet interior with soundproof rooms. The one-bedroom unit includes a separate living area with sofa, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. The studio layout is the same size but without a separate living area. All apartments feature a tea and coffee maker, flat-screen TV with streaming services, a wardrobe, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. The unit has either one double bed (one-bedroom) or two beds (studio). Bedrooms are located on the first, second, or third floor with no lift - the first-floor apartment requires 14 stairs, the third-floor requires 51.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a tea and coffee maker. A supermarket with local products is a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to prepare meals. More than eight restaurants, bars, and pizzerias are within 300 metres, including Osteria Oliva Nera, Trattoria da Denis, and a Michelin-starred restaurant. Optional paid grocery delivery and wine/champagne are available on request.

The property does not have a pool, spa, or gym. However, additional-charge walking tours, local culture classes, and themed dinner nights can be arranged. The location is ideal for visiting the Biennale (20 minutes on foot) and exploring Venice's main sights. Board games are available in the apartment for family entertainment.

Internet is free with a speed of 15 Mbps, suitable for streaming and video calls. Private check-in and check-out are available via a door code system, with full support through WhatsApp. Luggage storage is free, allowing early arrivals or late departures to explore the city unencumbered. Concierge service provides local restaurant recommendations and tour bookings. A paid airport shuttle (water taxi or Alilaguna) and shuttle service are available, as well as off-site paid parking. Babysitting and child services are available for an additional fee. The property is non-smoking throughout, allergy-free rooms are available, and fire extinguishers and key access are in place for security.
