Casa Sul Molo sits on the exclusive Mercerie road, placing St. Mark's Square and its basilica, the Doge's Palace, and the Bridge of Sighs within a 1-minute walk. The Rialto Bridge and its bustling market are 5 minutes away, while the Rialto waterbus stop (line 1 or 2) connects directly to Santa Lucia train station and Marco Polo Airport. The immediate alleyways are free from vehicle traffic and packed with restaurants, cafès, and shops - all reachable on foot. The quiet inner streets mean the immediate area remains calm at night, though some rooms facing the main walking route pick up late-night footfall and conversation from nearby dining.

The property offers Classic Double, Twin/Double, and larger Superior Double rooms. All rooms include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, a minibar, an electric kettle for tea/coffee, a wardrobe, and an in-room safe. Superior rooms add parquet flooring, a larger layout, and a view of San Zulian Church; city-view rooms look onto the surrounding rooftops and streets. Bathrooms are compact but private, fitted with a shower (some with a bidet), hairdryer, and free toiletries. Daily housekeeping is provided, with towel changes and bed-making included. Some rooms have very limited floor space - the Superior or larger layout is recommended for those who prefer more room for luggage or extended stays.
