The studios are in the city centre, on a lively pedestrian street with many bars, restaurants and shops. The Alcazaba fortress and Malaga Park are within 5 minutes on foot. La Malagueta Beach is a 20-minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is one minute away. The María Zambrano train station is 4 km from the property, and Malaga Airport is 10 km away. The street is busy in the evening with diners, but the studios are well soundproofed for sleeping. Key access to the property is via a digital code, and the entrance door is clearly visible. Public transport, including the metro and bus, is within a 5-10 minute walk.

Each air-conditioned studio includes a private bathroom with a separate shower room and WC, while the washbasin is in the main living area. The kitchenette has an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and plenty of utensils. Rooms are furnished with a wardrobe, safe, iron, hairdryer, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Some studios feature a private balcony, and others have a second bed. The design is modern and space-efficient. The building is a walk-up with no elevator. The rooms have large windows with roller shutters that block all external light, and the thick windows keep street noise out well. A cot/high chair is available on request.

The studio provides a coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and a full set of kitchenware, making it easy to prepare meals. Basic cooking staples like salt, pepper, and oil are often provided. A supermarket is located right outside the accommodation for groceries. The shared roof terrace includes an additional kitchen and a washing machine, ideal for preparing and enjoying an outdoor meal. The surrounding streets are lined with many well-regarded tapas bars and restaurants, including El Tapeo de Cervantes, Noviembre, and Casa Lola, all within a short walk.

The rooftop terrace is accessible to all guests, providing a space to unwind, have a drink, or cook outdoors. The terrace also has a shared kitchen and a barbecue for guest use. The studios' central location means that Malaga's main attractions, parks, and the beach are all within walking distance.
