EDEN GUESTHOUSE, Bologna

The guesthouse sits in a practical residential area about 20 minutes by bus from Bologna's historic centre. The bus stop is virtually at the doorstep, with services running into the late evening - a 20-minute ride reaches Piazza Maggiore and central landmarks. Bologna Fair is only 7 minutes away, making the location convenient for trade visitors. Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport is 10 km away (around 50 minutes via one bus transfer). For those arriving by car, public parking is available nearby for a daily fee. The immediate surroundings include a Coop supermarket, a pharmacy, a laundromat, and several dining options within a 5-minute walk.

Each double room offers a queen bed, a wardrobe, heating, and a balcony. A shared bathroom with shower, bidet, and complimentary toiletries is located in the apartment corridor. The rooms are large and clean, with some featuring a desk and good natural light. Noise levels vary: rooms near the railway hear passing trains throughout the night, and internal soundproofing is limited, so light sleepers may find the shared bathroom doors and neighbour activity disruptive. A large fan is available for warm nights. Some furnishings feel dated, and a few surfaces may not be spotless. The single power point can be loose in some rooms.

There is no breakfast or restaurant at the guesthouse itself. However, a minimarket on site and a large Coop supermarket right next door make it easy to buy supplies. Within a 5-minute walk you will find Pizzeria Primavera, Bar Le Club, La Buat, and Bar Caffetteria Del Portico. A small shared kitchen in the apartment includes a fridge and kettle for basic self-catering. For a fuller meal or a varied breakfast, the nearby bars and pizzerias are a convenient alternative.

No wellness or leisure facilities such as a pool, spa, gym, or garden are available at the property.
