Mercat Central is 5 minutes away, and the city hall is about 10 minutes' walk. Norte Train Station is 1 km from the property, Turia Gardens is 2 km away, and Xàtiva metro is roughly 10 minutes on foot. Taxi and bus stops sit beside the building. Valencia Airport is 8 km away. The immediate area is safe and walkable, with a supermarket steps away. Paid parking is available opposite the building and in a covered 24-hour car park about 500 m away.

Room types range from ground-floor studios with a double bed and American-style kitchenette to two-level duplex apartments. The three-bedroom duplex has one open-plan bedroom upstairs and two enclosed bedrooms on the ground floor; the two-bedroom apartment has one bathroom, while two-level units generally have a bathroom on both floors. A larger two-floor option includes a family bedroom with four single beds, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. Bathrooms have showers only, and toiletries are provided. Units feature air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, cookware, an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV with streaming apps. Some apartments have a street-facing balcony, terrace or outdoor dining area, and some have high ceilings and opening windows. Ground-floor and foyer-facing units can be darker and receive entrance noise and light; sound insulation is limited. Some studios have a small hot-water tank, so consecutive showers may need a pause for reheating.

Kitchenettes come with cookware, utensils, tea and coffee facilities and an electric kettle, and some kitchens have a hob and microwave rather than an oven. Breakfast availability depends on the room rate and dates selected at booking. Self-catering is therefore the main dining mode, and the setup works well for longer stays. The old-town surroundings put several cafés and bars within a 0.5 km walk.

Leisure time centres on Valencia's attractions. Bioparc Valencia is 4 km away and L'Oceanografic is 6 km from the property. The beach is reachable by bus 19 or 32 from Plaza del Ayuntamiento, a 10-15 minute walk from the apartments. Bicycles can be stored free of charge in the main hall, which makes exploring the city by bike straightforward.
