Rooms are divided into a main living room and a separate bedroom with a door in between, providing genuine separation ideal for families or travelers wanting more space. Every suite includes a sofa bed, seating area, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, and an iPod docking station. Flat-screen cable TVs with HBO are in both the living area and bedroom. Double Suites come with two queen beds in the living room plus a pull-out sofa bed, comfortably accommodating larger groups. Accommodation types range from standard suites to larger corner suites. The property has undergone a surface-level refresh in recent years, but some rooms show wear: dated furniture, stained carpets, and occasional maintenance issues such as inconsistent hot water temperature, low water pressure, and noisy air conditioning units. Moldy or musty odors have been reported in some rooms. The bathrooms are functional but compact, and no rooms offer a balcony. Air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, and free toiletries are provided in all suites. For light sleepers, rooms facing the central atrium can pick up noise from lobby activities and the evening reception.

Breakfast includes omelets cooked to order, a full hot buffet with bacon, eggs, biscuits, and continental options such as pastries, cereal, and fruit. Breakfast is served daily, with weekend hours potentially differing. The complimentary Manager's Reception runs every evening from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, offering light snacks and free cocktails and beverages for all adults - a strong value-add for families and groups. The on-site restaurant (#1) serves American cuisine, lunch and dinner in a family-friendly setting. There is also a snack bar and a small market on site selling convenience items. The bar is open limited hours and may close earlier in the evening. A selection of wine and champagne is available. For guests who prefer to dine out, several restaurants and fast-food options are within a half-mile walk, including Hong Kong Cafe, Wendy's, Gather Bar, and Entre Bar & Grill.

The indoor heated pool is available 7 days a week from 5am to midnight, with an adults-only policy from 10pm to midnight. The pool area is well-maintained but can become crowded during peak times. A 24-hour fitness centre is on site with free weights and cardio equipment, kept clean and functional. The hotel does not have a spa, hot tub, or jacuzzi - the jacuzzi has been permanently discontinued.
