Emily's location puts the tram stop within a few minutes' walk, making the city centre accessible in just a few stops. Vienna International Airport is 22 km away. The surrounding area is well served by public transport and has several grocery stores - a Penny Market is nearby for quick supplies. The apartment itself sits in a quiet residential zone, so street noise does not interfere with sleep. For those without a car, this setup works well; there is no parking available, so guests arriving by car would need to find paid public parking elsewhere.

The apartment is notably spacious and bright, with a layout that includes a bedroom and a separate comfortable living room. The living room contains a sofa bed, making the unit suitable for up to three guests (the unit offers 2 beds in total). The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils. A washing machine and a minibar add to the convenience. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, towels, and toilet paper. The apartment is heated individually via a thermostat, and the rooms stay warm and comfortable. Blackout curtains keep the bedroom dark for undisturbed sleep. The inner-courtyard view keeps the apartment very quiet - a strong plus for light sleepers. The decor is modern and well-maintained; guests describe the apartment as extremely clean. If extra items are needed (such as an iron), Emily can provide them on request.
