The hotel is situated in a residential area about 2 km from the Duomo and city centre. Campo di Marte Station is 700 m away for regional trains, and several bus stops right outside provide direct routes to the centre in about 10 minutes. Florence Stadium (Artemio Franchi) and the Mandela Forum are within a short walk. The walk to the centre takes approximately 25-30 minutes through a lively neighbourhood with numerous cafés, pizzerias, and supermarkets. For airport transfers, a taxi costs €25-35 (20 minutes). The hotel lies outside the ZTL traffic zone, so driving access is straightforward.

All rooms feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, a private bathroom with shower and complimentary toiletries, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, a wardrobe, a safe, and a flat-screen TV. Double beds are 160 cm wide; twin beds (80 cm each) can be arranged on request. Rooms vary in size - some are compact with limited floor space around the bed, while others are larger and comfortably accommodate two people with luggage. Rooms facing the street may experience traffic noise; rooms adjacent to the breakfast area can hear morning activity from around 06:30. No rooms have a private balcony, but all guests can use the shared sun terrace. The hotel is on the second floor with no lift, requiring a climb of two flights of stairs.

A daily buffet breakfast includes bread, pastries, cheese, croissants, fresh fruit, cereals, and hot drinks. It is served either in the breakfast room or on the rooftop terrace with city views, from 08:00 to around 10:00. Breakfast in the room can be arranged on request.
