The building is on a street with many restaurants, shops, and a supermarket nearby, but apartments facing the street can be noisy. Courtyard-facing rooms are quieter. The exact entrance is at a gallery with ceramic shops, not at the main street number. For car travel, parking must be arranged at Garage Lucarno.

Apartments feature a private bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle), and a dining area. Bed setups: studios have 1 bed plus a sofa bed; one-bedroom apartments have 1 bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
