Santa Maria Novella train station is 700 metres away (7-10 minutes walking), and a tram stop is only 2 minutes from the door - ideal for exploring further or reaching the airport. The area is well served by cafés, restaurants, and a bakery directly across the street. For car travellers, paid parking is available just outside the ZTL zone at the Station-Fortress-Fair parking (€20/day).

Each room has been completely renovated and is modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. Room types include doubles, triples, and quadruples - the quadruple configuration has a double bed plus two single beds. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are well equipped with showers, bidets, and hairdryers, and daily housekeeping keeps everything fresh. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are noticeably quieter, while all rooms benefit from soundproof walls. Request your preferred bed configuration at booking. Note that no rooms have a balcony.
