The central location makes it easy to explore on foot, but the narrow streets, bars, and terraces mean that rooms facing the street can experience significant noise at night. Light sleepers should choose an interior-facing or upper-floor room or bring earplugs. Arriving by car is not advisable; the pedestrian street and lack of hotel parking mean using a public garage.

Rooms are clean and spacious, with parquet floors, a wardrobe, safe, and a desk - practical for business or sightseeing. Bathrooms are private and include a bathtub with over-bath shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The bathrooms in some twin/double rooms are very compact; the toilet may be positioned close to the basin or bath, making them less comfortable for larger individuals. Rooms facing the street are subject to considerable noise from bars, restaurant terraces, and late-night pedestrian traffic, as window soundproofing is poor. Rooms on upper floors facing the interior courtyard are the best option for a quiet stay. The air conditioning, when functioning, works well and silently, but some units are older and may blow dust or have limited controls. The minibar and a fridge are available in the room.
