Rio Hostel sits in the Judería district, a 2-minute walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar, with excellent walkability to major sights.
The hostel is 400 metres from Barrio Santa Cruz, 1 km from Plaza de España, and 1 km from Plaza de Armas. Seville Airport is 9 km away with a direct bus stop nearby. The location puts most attractions within easy walking distance, though street noise from horse carriages and cafes can be loud, especially on lower floors. Several tapas bars and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk.

Accommodation

Rooms are air-conditioned with private or shared bathrooms; some have balconies and cathedral views.
Private rooms include a family room with three beds and a private bathroom with shower, and double rooms with options for inner patio or street views. Dormitories include a female-only six-bed dorm. Some rooms have a balcony or view, while others face a narrow interior patio. Mattresses tend to be basic and some rooms are compact; road-facing rooms are noticeable for traffic and horse-drawn carriage noise from early morning. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. A safe is available in some rooms.

Breakfast is continental/vegetarian and also available as a to-go option. The shared kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, hob, fridge, and all utensils. The kitchen can be busy or in need of cleaning outside of scheduled times. A vending machine for drinks is available, and there is a mini-market on site. No full restaurant is present, but many tapas bars and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk.
