Numerous restaurants, cafes, and a gelateria (La Strega Nocciola) are within 0.5 km. The building is secure and central, yet the area is described as quiet inside the apartment. The terrace offers direct views of the Duomo. For car-free travellers, everything is accessible by walking. Note that parking is unavailable.

Each apartment features air conditioning, wood-beamed ceilings, and terracotta floors. Units range from studios to two-bedroom apartments, with private bathrooms (shower and bidet) and fully equipped kitchenettes including a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. Some apartments include a washing machine, dining area, and seating area with a flat-screen TV. Views vary: some face the city and the Duomo, others overlook an inner courtyard (quieter). The shared rooftop terrace provides panoramic Duomo views. Bed configurations vary from single beds to double and sofa beds; some apartments cannot accommodate children. Sofa beds have been noted as less comfortable. The building has a lift, though it may not reach the top floor.
