The area feels safe and walkable, with a 24-hour Carrefour Express directly below the building and several restaurants, bars, and shops within 0.5 km. The apartment includes one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have separate air conditioning units. The kitchenette is fully fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, and cookware. The living area features a dining table, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. A washing machine, ironing facilities, and heating are provided. The unit has 2 beds (one in the bedroom plus the sofa bed), making it suitable for up to 4 people, though the layout works best for 2-3 adults or a family with children. The decor is described as basic but functional, and the apartment is generally quiet.

The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, and cookware, making it practical for preparing meals. A 24-hour Carrefour Express is right next door for groceries and essentials. The building has a lift and is non-smoking throughout, with a designated smoking area outside. Safety features include 24-hour security, fire extinguishers, and smoke alarms. Pets are allowed at no extra cost. The host is known to be very responsive and helpful, often checking in during longer stays. No parking is available on-site, so guests should plan to use public transport or walk.
