ESPACIOSA Y ELEGANTE PARA 9, CONOCE TOLEDO 77, Madrid

The apartment sits in La Latina, one of Madrid's most central and historic neighbourhoods, giving immediate access to the city's top attractions on foot. Plaza Mayor is reachable in about 7 minutes, while the iconic Mercado San Miguel is a 5-minute walk away. The metro station (La Latina) is practically at the doorstep, making travel to other districts quick, while the area itself is packed with authentic tapas bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment is on a street that tends to be quiet despite its central position. Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 14 km away; a taxi or metro ride from the airport takes approximately 30-40 minutes.

The apartment comprises 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with a sofa bed and dining area. It comfortably sleeps 8-9 people. The beds are consistently reported as comfortable by visitors. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, and some rooms lack proper blackout blinds, meaning early morning light can be an issue in certain rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and washing machine. A major and recurring issue is the hot water boiler, which is known to fail frequently, resulting in cold showers for the duration of the stay. The apartment generally presents as clean and well-decorated, though some areas have suffered from wear and tear. Air conditioning is present in the living room and some bedrooms, but not all bedrooms; during hot summers, this may affect comfort in the non-cooled rooms.

There are no on-site wellness or leisure amenities such as a pool, spa, or gym. The apartment's prime location in the city centre means all of Madrid's main cultural sites, parks, and entertainment are reachable on foot or by a short metro ride.
