The apartment is less than 1 km from Plaza Mayor and an 11-minute walk from Mercado San Miguel. The Reina Sofía Museum and Prado Museum are 1 km away, while Gran Via is 2 km distant. Three metro stations-Lavapiés, La Latina, and Embajadores (450-650 m)-provide direct connections to the airport and other city lines. The immediate area is lively but has a less polished feel; it is better suited for travellers comfortable with a dense urban setting who plan to use public transport and walk to main attractions.

Each studio includes a private bathroom with a spacious shower, air conditioning, heating, soundproof walls, and a flat-screen TV. The Deluxe Studio has a full kitchenette with a refrigerator and coffee maker; the other two studios are slightly smaller with only a small refrigerator. The ground-floor room faces an interior patio, leaving the apartment dark and without natural light-suitable for short stays where you only need to sleep and shower. A comfortable bed and a large wardrobe are provided, but there is no table or chair, so eating or working requires using the bed. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs as building construction noise can occur.

The studio kitchenette (full in the Deluxe Studio, small refrigerator in the others) enables light meal preparation and storage. Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Lopez & Lopez, Baobab, Mandela 100, and Restaurante Colores, providing plenty of dining variety. The area also offers numerous cafés suitable for breakfast or remote work, which is useful since the apartment lacks a work table.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, though the mobile network does not work inside, so all internet-dependent communication must rely on Wi-Fi. There is no parking on site.
