The property sits in the Prati district between the Vatican and the metro, making it ideal for sightseeing without the noise of the busiest tourist streets. St Peter's Square is 2 km away, Castel Sant'Angelo 3 km away, and Piazza del Popolo 3 km away. The nearest metro station, Ottaviano, is a two-minute walk, placing Roma Termini within five stops. Rome Ciampino Airport is 19 km away; from Fiumicino Airport, take the Leonardo Express train to Termini, then metro line A to Ottaviano for a total journey of about 90 minutes. The area feels safe and is well-served by buses and shops, with grocery stores and many restaurants within a three-minute walk.
