EXQUISITE BUSINESS HOTEL BELLA, Tokyo

The hotel sits in a central but quiet pocket of Ikebukuro, with Ikebukuro Station reachable in about 5-7 minutes on foot - a major transport hub offering multiple rail lines and easy access across Tokyo. Haneda Airport is 25 km away. Ikebukuro Mitake Shrine is a 5-minute walk, and Nishi-Ikebukuro Park is 600 metres from the property. The immediate streets around the hotel are lined with at least eight different restaurants and bars, including Penguin Bar, Osteria Sante, and Hakata Ukishima Soko, all within 300 metres. The neighbourhood stays lively but the hotel itself is on a very quiet street, and the area is well served by convenience stores and the station's underground shopping.

Rooms are double-bedded with one bed, air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, refrigerator, and free toiletries. The bathrooms are notably spacious by Japanese standards, with separate areas for shower and toilet, and large, comfortable showers with good water pressure. Room sizes are described as above average for the price, offering a comfortable stay for one or two people. While the room does not have a wardrobe, the space includes a trouser press. Daily housekeeping provides fresh towels and keeps the room clean. The room is decently suited for short stays of a night or two, and the quiet street combined with soundproofed rooms supports a restful experience.

The hotel does not operate its own restaurant but is surrounded by dining options. Within 0.5 km, you'll find Penguin Bar Ikebukuro, Osteria Sante, Sambariki, Hakata Ukishima Soko (Japanese), Chinese Katei Ryori Yan No. 3, Senjo Hand Made Dumpling Specialist Restaurant, Agalico Oriental Bistro, and Siam Celadon Ikebukuro Tobu (Thai). The property offers paid fruits and wine/champagne, and a welcome drink. For breakfast, guests can explore nearby cafés and bakeries within the station area. The location in the heart of Ikebukuro means dinner choices cater to many preferences and budgets, with many options open late.

The hotel's wellness offering is centred on rest and convenience rather than facilities. There is no pool, spa or fitness centre. The quiet street and soundproofed rooms provide a calm environment for recovery after a day of walking. Nishi-Ikebukuro Park is 600 metres away for a short stroll. The hotel provides board games/puzzles for casual entertainment. The large shower in each room is a practical leisure amenity after exploring the city.

WiFi is free throughout the property. A paid shuttle service is available, along with public transport ticket purchase. The hotel offers a business centre and meeting/banquet facilities (additional charge), as well as fax/photocopying (free).
