The hotel is on the Yamanote line circle, giving direct access to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Ueno within 30 minutes. Takadanobaba Station also serves the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line and Seibu Shinjuku Line, making connections simple. The immediate area has convenience stores (Family Mart, 7-Eleven), bakeries, and numerous affordable restaurants within 300-500 metres. The Statue of Peace is a 7-minute walk, Shinjuku Suwa Shrine is 500 metres away, and Kanda Josui Park is under 1 km. Haneda Airport is 24 km away; Narita Airport requires a train (affordable but multi-step) or a taxi (direct but expensive). The neighbourhood is a wide alley; some areas near the tracks show minor urban grit, but the access to the station and city centre is excellent.

Rooms are available as twin (2 single beds) or triple (3 single beds) configurations. All rooms include a private bathroom with toilet and separate shower (some with bidet), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine/dryer, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and kitchenware; a dining area is also provided. Rooms facing the train tracks can experience noise and occasional vibration from passing trains, especially on upper floors. Rooms are on the compact side: the triple room is tight for three with suitcases, but a triple bed arrangement is practical when using one bed for luggage. Some rooms have an outside entrance door; others open into a common hallway. Rooms 102 and 103 have direct outdoor access. Toilet and bathroom are separate, and some units include a dressing room and pyjamas.

The hotel does not serve breakfast or have a restaurant, so all meals are up to the guest. Each room has a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and basic cookware, making it possible to prepare simple meals. This is an unmanned hotel with no reception desk. Check-in is done via door PIN code sent in advance; remote assistance is available if the code doesn't work. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. No elevator exists, so carrying luggage up and down narrow staircases is necessary. There is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out; the hotel recommends using Ecbo Cloak or a nearby convenience store for forwarding. Housekeeping is not automatic - guests must request it in advance to get trash bag changes and towel replenishment. No breakfast, no pets allowed, and no smoking inside the hotel.
