The neighbourhood is lively, with a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and a vegetable shop right outside the building.

The apartment sleeps up to three: one bedroom has a queen bed separated by a partial wall (no door), and the living room has a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and free toiletries. A kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and basic cookware. A washing machine, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV are also provided. The surrounding Malasaña area offers a variety of dining options: several cafés, bars, and restaurants are within 300m, including Panic Bakery, Blossom's Coffee Shops, and La Tape. A well-stocked fruit and vegetable shop is right outside the building.

The apartment has no pool, spa, or gym. The nearby attractions include the Temple of Debod, Mercado San Miguel, and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum (2.7km). The neighbourhood is well-connected for walking and public transport to explore the city.
