FAIRFIELD BY MARRIOTT INN & SUITES GREENSBORO COLISEUM AREA, Greensboro

The hotel is situated within walking distance of the Joseph S. Koury Convention Center and Four Seasons Town Centre shopping mall, making it a practical choice for event attendees. Greensboro Coliseum is just a 6-minute drive via the interstate, and Piedmont Triad International Airport is also minutes away. The area is easily accessible by car, with free on-site parking. Several chain restaurants such as Popeyes, Carrabba's Italian Grill, and Smokey Bones are within 0.5 km. The immediate neighbourhood has been described as feeling less safe, particularly at night, so using a car or rideshare for evening trips is recommended.

All guest suites are equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, flat-screen TVs, coffee makers, curved shower rods, hair dryers, desks, irons, and ironing boards. Each room includes AC and USB outlets for charging devices. Air conditioning is available throughout. Room sizes are generally spacious, comfortably accommodating families of four to six. Some rooms include a pull-out sofa bed, though the mattress on the sofa bed is firm. A few units have reported issues with noisy AC units, mould in bathrooms, and poorly repaired doors. Road-facing rooms may experience some noise from adjacent properties. For a quieter stay, requesting a higher floor away from the road is advisable. No rooms have a balcony.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the hotel. Free private parking is provided on site without the need for a reservation. The 24-hour front desk can assist with late check-ins. Daily housekeeping is complimentary, though some guests have found room cleaning inconsistent when personal items are left on beds. A business centre offers copy and fax services. The hotel also has meeting/banquet facilities that can accommodate up to 67 people. Laundry facilities are available on the premises. The property is non-smoking throughout. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Diners Club, Discover, and MasterCard. No airport shuttle service is provided.
