Linens are polyester-blend, which some find warm; setting the air conditioning lower can help.

Breakfast runs from approximately 6:30 to 9:00 and includes hot items like frittatas and Belgian waffles, along with oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, and nuts. The buffet is fully complimentary for all guests. In the lobby, coffee and tea are available throughout the day. Cookies and other treats are often offered in the evening. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner; for those meals the adjacent Turkey Creek area provides dozens of dining options ranging from fast-casual to sit-down restaurants. A children's buffet is also available at breakfast.

The pool area is heated and features a sloped entry for accessibility. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture are available on the property. The fitness centre, though compact, is kept clean and offers treadmills, ellipticals, strength equipment, and free weights. A children's buffet is also available, making it family-friendly. For business travellers, the hotel has a meeting room and a business centre. There is no spa or wellness centre on site. Golf enthusiasts: a course is within 3 km (additional charge).

Wi-Fi is free throughout; Marriott Bonvoy members get complimentary in-room Internet when booking direct. Parking is free on site with no reservation needed. The hotel offers mobile key and digital check-in for faster arrival. Laundry and same-day dry cleaning are available for an additional charge. A convenience store stocks snacks and essentials. Safety features include CCTV, key card access, and smoke alarms. Accessibility features are comprehensive: roll-in showers, grab rails, lever handles, lowered viewports, flashing door knockers, and TTY/TTD capability. Business travellers can use the free business centre with fax/photocopying. The hotel recycles in guest rooms and tracks its water footprint (258 litres per night).
