A cluster of dining options lies within 0.5 km, including Quincy's, Max's Tavern, Plan B Burger Bar, and Starbucks. Bradley International Airport is 22 km away. The area is well-connected by highway, though on-foot exploration can feel limited to the immediate attraction corridor. Parking is free and private on-site, but spaces are tight for larger vehicles. The dining area is adjacent to the lobby. For additional food options, a snack bar offers light bites, and vending machines with drinks and snacks are available 24/7. There is no on-site restaurant or bar, but wine and champagne can be ordered for an additional charge. Many restaurants such as Max's Tavern, Quincy's, and Plan B Burger Bar are within a 5-minute walk.

The indoor pool operates from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and is suitable for children due to its consistent depth.
