FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES BY MARRIOTT NASHVILLE DOWNTOWN-METROCENTER, Nashville

Guest rooms feature either a Standard King (one king bed) or Standard Double Queen (two queen beds), plus a sofa bed in every unit. Rooms are generally clean and updated, with comfortable beds and high-quality pillows. The interior is quiet in rooms away from stairs and elevators, but hallway noise from doors and stairwell use can sometimes be an issue. Each room has a safe (functionality varies), a mini-fridge, and a work desk. No rooms have balconies. Housekeeping is available on request; some stays have reported that servicing was not automatic.

The free breakfast runs Monday-Friday 6:00-9:00 and Saturday-Sunday 7:00-10:00 (note: the weekend hours extend to 10:00, not 10:00 AM, but the source states 10:00). Hot items such as quiche, turkey sausage, and waffles are typically available alongside cereal, milk, bread for toast, and coffee. The breakfast area can become busy with groups, especially on weekends, and items may run low if arriving late in the service window. A Dunkin' is located directly behind the hotel for early coffee needs. There is no full-service restaurant or bar on site, but a snack bar and vending machines in the lobby offer drinks and packaged snacks.

The indoor saltwater pool is heated and open all year, with pool/beach towels, sun loungers, and chair seating provided. It is a popular spot for families, especially children meeting the pool after a busy day. The adjacent fitness centre is clean and equipped with basic cardio and strength-training machines. Bicycles are available to rent free of charge. A small garden with outdoor furniture and an outdoor fireplace offers a quiet relaxation area, though the pool area also serves as a gathering point. The hotel does not have a spa or wellness centre.

The standout facility is the complimentary shuttle running daily 7:00-23:00 within a 8 km radius, covering downtown Nashville, Nissan Stadium, and major attractions. It is on demand and drivers are consistently rated as friendly and reliable. Parking costs US$10 per night (app-based payment required; no advance reservation). Electric vehicle charging stations are present with three spots. The business centre offers free fax/photocopying and meeting space. Luggage storage is free, and a 24-hour front desk can assist with late check-ins. Laundry facilities are available on the 2nd and 3rd floors (self-service). Wheelchair-accessible rooms and features include grab rails and auditory guidance. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. Check-in requires age 21 (not 18, despite some third-party listings).
