The highway runs directly adjacent to the building, so traffic noise can also be a factor. Shoal Beach is 18 minutes away on foot, and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is 10 km from the property. Boating is possible in the surrounding area, and many city sights are walkable, though sidewalk closures from construction may occasionally affect pedestrian routes.
