The hotel sits in a convenient north Austin location with easy highway access. It is 15 minutes from the University of Texas at Austin and the Domain Mall. Numerous restaurants (including Panda Express, McDonald's, and Shahi Cafe) are within 1 km, and there is a Walmart and H-E-B grocery store within walking distance or a short drive. Downtown Round Rock is 15 minutes away. A car is essential for getting around efficiently, as the hotel is not within walking distance of the Moody Center or other central attractions, and no airport shuttle bus operates here.

All rooms feature a private bathroom, ironing facilities, a coffee maker, a flat-screen TV with Netflix access, and a work desk. Standard rooms offer either one or two double beds. The rooms are generally a good size for a family of four but may feel compact for longer stays. Noise from road traffic on Parmer Lane and from neighboring rooms is a notable issue. Rooms with a balcony are not available.
