The area remains quiet and safe despite its central position, and the walkable city centre allows most major attractions to be reached without a car. For long-distance travel, Oslo Airport is 45 km away, easily accessed by train from the central station.

Built in 2018, the apartment offers a bright, contemporary layout with soundproofed rooms and an inner courtyard view that keeps noise to a minimum. The master bedroom faces the courtyard for extra quiet, while the second bedroom overlooks the street but benefits from excellent sound insulation.
