FORENOM SERVICED APARTMENTS OSLO NOBEL, Oslo

The property sits on a quiet residential street, yet a tram stop is directly outside, and Nationaltheatret train station is under five minutes on foot, providing direct rail access across Oslo and to the airport via the Flytoget. Many of the city's main attractions are within walking distance: the Royal Palace (6 min), the Ibsen Museum, Vigeland Sculpture Park (2 km), and Akershus Fortress (2 km). Several supermarkets and restaurants are just around the corner, and the city centre is about a 20-minute walk. The location works well both for car-free travellers and those arriving by train.

The accommodation consists of a mix of studios and one-bedroom apartments. Each unit includes a private bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a well-fitted kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and all cookware. Bed configurations vary: single studios offer 1 double bed, double studios offer 2 single beds, and the one-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 guests with a separate living area and a sofa bed. Rooms are generally spacious and have good natural light, though some attic-level studios have only skylights and no windows. The building has no lift, and upper-floor rooms require climbing stairs. Heating is provided by electric radiators, and some apartments have underfloor heating. The property is older and the hallways can feel tired, but the apartments themselves are clean and practical.

There is no on-site dining. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and basic cookware, allowing self-catering. Several supermarkets (Rema, Joker, Kiwi) are within a short walk, and there are also many restaurants within a five-minute radius, including Italian, Indian, Latin American, and sushi options. The location is well-suited for independent travellers who prefer to cook or eat out.

Check-in is fully contactless using a door code sent by SMS one hour before arrival; check-out is before 11:00 and also key-code-based. Wi-Fi is available and reported as fast and reliable. Express check-in/out is free. Luggage storage is not available at the property itself but can be arranged at another location in Lakkegata. The building has no elevator, which may affect mobility. For washing, each apartment has a washing machine; vacuum cleaners and hair dryers are also provided. Fire extinguishers and smoke alarms are fitted.
