FANTASTICO APARTAMENTO MADRID RIO-PUERTA DEL ANGEL, Madrid

The apartment has two double bedrooms, each with its own washbasin, and a shared bathroom that is partially open to one room (no full door closure) but works well for a family. The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, and all cookware - suitable for self-catering. The living area has a dining table and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a tea and coffee maker, a hairdryer, and a private entrance. The apartment is practical, clean and comfortable, with good storage and comfortable beds. The ground-floor location means it opens directly onto the street, and while the neighbourhood is quiet, the apartment is simple and functional rather than luxurious.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment at no extra charge and has been described as reliable. Air conditioning and heating are included. A washing machine is available for laundry. The host meets guests in person for key handover, and early check-in has been possible when requested. For airport transfers, a taxi can be booked through a link provided by the owner. Housekeeping is not included in the rate and must be paid separately if needed. The apartment is non-smoking throughout and fitted with smoke alarms. There is no on-site parking, but the owner can recommend a nearby paid car park; reserving in advance through the owner is cheaper than paying on the day.
