FANTI HOMES, Rome

The guest house is in a central area ideal for sightseeing: Termini Station provides direct rail and bus links to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, and the Vittorio Emanuele and Cavour metro lines connect to the rest of the city. Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the Colosseum, Domus Aurea, and Santa Maria Maggiore. The neighbourhood has numerous restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket within 300 metres, making self-catering and dining out convenient. The area can feel less safe late at night, so plan your return accordingly.

No meals or drinks are provided on site, so guests should plan to eat out or self-cater. A shared refrigerator is available, but there is no kitchen or cooking equipment beyond a kettle. Luckily, within 300 metres there are several trattorias, a food market (Mercato Centrale Roma), and a range of cafes. This makes it easy to find breakfast, lunch, and dinner without needing to travel far, though the property itself provides no dining service.

The property provides free Wi-Fi in the rooms, air conditioning and heating, and daily housekeeping (service quality varies). There is an elevator. Luggage storage is offered for early arrivals or late departures. Guests can hire a car through the property, though parking is not available on site. Additional services include ironing and fax/photocopying for an extra charge. The host communicates primarily by message and may not be immediately available in person outside check-in hours. Tourist tax is collected in cash and is not included in the booking price.
